Holidays

Everyone gets 25 days’ annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays. You can buy up to 5 days in addition, and spread the cost over the year.

PensionScheme

Pension scheme

We’ll enrol you in our scheme after 3 months of service and backdate contributions to your start date. We pay 4.5% into the scheme on your behalf; you can choose if you want to contribute and, if so, the rate.

MaternityPay

Company enhanced maternity pay

If you qualify for the company’s maternity pay scheme, you’ll have the first 13 weeks increased to your full basic salary, 13 weeks topped up to half your basic salary and then 13 weeks statutory pay.

CareerBreak

Career breaks

You have the option of unpaid leave for up to 3 months, or a longer career break of up to 5 years.
