Our people's stories

Baks Kaur - Credit Management Advisor
I’ve been working here since May 2015 and have had support from my peers to develop my knowledge and understanding. I’m always learning new things - every day - and there are friendly colleagues all around who are willing to help. No one day is the same as the next, which I enjoy.

Lyndsay Cullen – Head of TPI Sales
I’ve been working for Haven Power for just over four years and started by managing a team of 10 Sales Administration personnel. The opportunity arose for me to manage Sales as well and I absolutely enjoyed and thrived in that role. This led to further responsibilities and I’m now Head of TPI Sales, which consists of four teams.

Lucy Ryman - Credit Management Team Leader
I joined Haven Power in September 2015 as a Credit Management Advisor in the Third Party Debt Team. I made it clear from the beginning that my ambition was to become a Team Leader and my line manager supported me every step of the way. In March 2017, I was successful in my interview for this Team Leader role in Credit Management.

Lisa Hauwert - Relationship Management Support
I joined Haven in November 2015 as a Customer Service Advisor in the I&C department. Through spending time with other departments as part of my development plan, I saw how important our Brokers are and how they have different needs to our direct customers. I now provide the support and admin function within this team.

Karl Brown - Senior Energy Consultant
I’ve been working at Haven Power for two years as a Direct Sales Advisor and love it - I’ve made some amazing friends. I have always been in sales and have slowly worked my way up to a senior position within the department. There's so much room for progression and the support from management is fantastic.

Rio Tricker - Change of Tenancy & Trace Co-ordinator
I've been working at Haven Power since 2016 and have had the privilege of gaining experience within different teams in the business. During my time here, I've had lots of support and encouragement from the leadership team - something I haven’t experienced anywhere else.
