Paul has overall responsibility for Drax’s customer businesses and champions a customer-centric approach to energy sustainability. He wants to help customers use energy more effectively and see the benefit - both for their own businesses and on the environment.
Mark Anderson, Customer Sales & Service Director
Mark’s mantra is partnership. Mark is accountable for all stages of the customer relationship, from acquisition and onboarding, to servicing and renewal. He’s dedicated to creating a simple end to end journey that exceeds expectations, whilst recognising every business is unique and through partnership, helping customers to deliver their strategies.
Joanna Gray, Business Integrity & Change Director
Jo manages business change across the group, focusing on efficiency and integrity. She actively leads operational excellence, helping the business to work more effectively, now and in the future. In an evolving energy market, Jo ensures our teams have the capability and capacity to grow and provide unrivalled customer service.

Marc is responsible for all commercial activities; he leads the organisation through the complex and ever-changing energy market. Marc is passionate about understanding customer needs & using innovation to deliver our business goals and strategy.

With over 20 years’ experience in shaping, transforming and managing customer facing teams, Paul has always put the customer at the heart of an organisation. Two decades of experience built up in both the public and private sector mean Paul has a unique perspective on issues, journeys and resolution and is taking a customer first approach to revenue management at Haven Power.
